Update expired enrolment documents

Instructions for removing, replacing, or updating expired documents on enrolment.

Written by Neha Joshi

Managing expired enrolment documents is a common task that ensures your records remain up-to-date and compliant. Expired documents can prevent successful enrolment submissions or cause compliance issues. To address this, you can either remove the expired documents, replace them with updated versions, or modify their expiry details. Below are the methods you can use to manage these documents effectively.

Remove expired documents

There are two options to remove an expired document:

  • Option 1: Upload a blank document in place of the expired one. This effectively removes the expired document from the system.

  • Option 2: Delete the expiry date field associated with the document. This can also resolve issues related to expired documents.

To replace an expired document with an updated one, follow these simple steps:

  1. Navigate to the enrolment section in the application.

  2. Click on the green "Actions" button located at the top left of the screen.

  3. Upload the updated document to replace the expired one.

Uploading Alternative Documents

If a specific document, such as an employer's liability insurance, is not available, you can upload a statement instead:

  • Create a Word document with your statement.

  • Upload this document in place of the required one.
