If you wish to cancel your enrolment due to no longer providing service for a particular client or local authority, or it's a duplicate enrolment, you can action this in accordance with the status of the enrolment.
To see the status of your enrolment follow these simple steps:
Click on the Enrolments tab and then click on the All tab.
Click the Search button and enter your enrolment number.
You will see a Status column showing the status of that enrolment.
โ ๏ธImportant: A cancelled enrolment does not remove the company from the supply chain. Please contact the client/local authority to remove your company from the supply chain.

Approved status
If your enrolment is in approved status, follow these simple steps to cancel your enrolment:
Locate your enrolment and click on the Actions button.
Click on Re-upload Docs/Edit Service Categories & Re-submit.
Re-upload the necessary documents and click Finish.
Once the enrolment is in pending review status, click the Actions button and click the option Cancel.
Pending approval status
If your enrolment is in pending approval status, follow these simple steps to cancel your enrolment:
Locate your enrolment and click on the Actions button.
Click the option Withdraw and confirm.
Click the Actions button and click Cancel.
Draft status
If your enrolment is in draft status, follow these simple steps to cancel your enrolment:
Locate your enrolment.
Click on the Actions button and click Cancel.
