Before you cancel
To cancel an active service agreement, you need to ensure that you're not listing any invoiced service receipts.
You can check this following these simple steps.
Using the Search button, search the service agreement number.
Scroll down to the Payments section, then check the status.
Approved | You can't un-submit these, we have to do this for you.

Invoiced or Invoicing | You can't cancel these, meaning you can't cancel the service agreement. |
Cancel a service agreement
Once you're happy that you have the right service receipt statuses, you can cancel your service agreement.
To cancel a service agreement, follow these simple steps along with our video guide:
⚠️Warning: Once you cancel a service agreement, you can't reinstate it.
Using the Search button, search the service agreement number.
Click the green Actions button, then click Cancel.
Add a comment, then click Save.
