You can cancel a service agreement if it’s in the pending acceptance stage by following these simple steps:
Using the Search button, search the service agreement number.
Click the green Actions button, then click Cancel.
Add a comment, then click Save.
Alternatively, if you need to make changes before the supplier accepts the agreement, you can unsubmit the agreement and edit it. This allows you to update the agreement before it is finalised by the supplier.
