If you need to include VAT on a service agreement, follow these simple steps:
Using the magnifying glass, search for the service agreement number.
Click the green Actions button, then click Modify VAT.
Clear the VAT Exempt checkbox, then click Accept.
Click Next.
📌Note: Depending on your service template, you may not be able to apply VAT.

If you need to re-run your service receipts to include VAT, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article. Ensure to include the following information in your case:
Service agreement number.
Service receipt numbers.
Date the VAT is applicable from.
