If you need to include VAT on a service agreement, follow these simple steps:
Click the magnifying glass on the top right, and search for the service agreement number.
Click the green Actions button, then click Modify VAT.
Clear the VAT Exempt checkbox, then click Accept.
Click Next.
📌Note: Depending on your service template, you may not be able to apply VAT.
Re-run service receipts
If you need to re-run your service receipts to include VAT, call us on the local rate number 0122 326 1838, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5pm.
If you are a client please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article. Ensure to include the following information in your case:
Service agreement number.
Service receipt numbers.
Date the VAT is applicable from.
