The statuses of an accreditation and enrolment are explained.

An accreditation or an enrolment can be in any one of these statuses. Understanding your enrolment status is crucial as it directly impacts your ability to receive requirements.

The status of an enrolment can change even after it’s been approved, for example if there has been an update to the service categories. You will need to identify and address these changes to ensure compliance and eligibility.

Draft

Your accreditation or enrolment is incomplete. You need to finish editing it and then submit it for consideration. Click the Actions button to complete the process.

Pending Review

Your accreditation or enrolment has been sent to us to do an initial review. They will review this first before it is sent to the Local Authority.

Review Failed

The documents you submitted didn't pass the review completed by us. You need to resubmit your application. Click the Actions button to make the relevant changes and resubmit.

Pending Approval

Your accreditation or enrolment is now with the Local Authority to review. Contact them for any further updates.

Approved

Your application has been completed and fully approved. Your company is now enrolled as a provider to the Local Authority you have selected.

Rejected

Your accreditation or enrolment was rejected by the Local Authority. You need to review the reasons for rejection and resubmit your enrolment via the Actions button.

Expired

One or more documents in your accreditation or enrolment have expired. Review the expired documents and update them via the Actions button.

Follow these checks to ensure you don't make any documentation errors and meet all requirements:

  • Double check document validity: Ensure all documents are current and not expired before submission.

  • Verify requirements: Review the enrolment requirements carefully to confirm all necessary documents are included.

  • Keep copies of submitted documents: Maintain a record of the documents you upload for future reference.

  • Follow up on pending approvals: If your enrolment is still pending, contact the relevant authority to check the status.

  • Address missing documents promptly: Ensure any incomplete or missing documents are uploaded to avoid delays.
