Accreditation and enrolment status overview

In this article we explain what the statuses of an accreditation and enrolment mean.

An accreditation or an enrolment can be in any one of these statuses.

Draft

Your accreditation or enrolment is incomplete. You need to finish editing it and then submit it for consideration. Click the green Actions button to complete the process.

Pending Review

Your accreditation or enrolment has been sent to us to do an initial review. They will review this first before it is sent to the Local Authority.

Review Failed

The documents you submitted did not pass the review completed by us. You need to resubmit your application. Click the green Actions button to make the relevant changes and resubmit.

Pending Approval

Your accreditation or enrolment is now with the Local Authority to review. Contact them for any necessary updates.

Approved

Your application has been completed and fully approved. Your company is now enrolled as a provider to the Local Authority you have selected.

Rejected

Your accreditation or enrolment was rejected by the Local Authority. You need to review the reasons for rejection and resubmit your enrolment via the green actions button.

Expired

One or more documents in your accreditation or enrolment have expired. Please review your documents and update the expired ones via the green actions button.
