Clients can now pre-plan and track compliance through configuring submission windows for accreditation and enrolments and controlling when new provider accreditations and enrolments can be submitted, whilst maintaining operational flexibility for existing approved providers. This removes the need for support reliance and manual interventions.
📌Note: Previously approved providers can resubmit expired accreditations at any time.
To use this functionality, follow these simple steps:
Click on Admin, then My Company.
Within the admin section click Contract Config.
Click New to create a new contract config or select an existing contract config.
Scroll down and complete the Accreditation From Date and Accreditation To Date fields, as required.
📌Note: If you leave the date fields blank, no restrictions will apply and all providers can submit at any time.
Add a message within the Accreditation Closed Text field, informing providers about the submission window.
Click Save.
The system will automatically block new accreditation creations outside of the configured windows.
