To provide a service to a specific local authority you need to complete the onboarding process. Before we can start this process, you need to sign up on SProc.net and register as a provider.

This registration represents the company where you will receive payment. If you need to receive separate payments for separate locations, you'll need to register each location separately by repeating the items listed under step 5.

Register as a provider

To register as a provider, follow these simple steps.

  1. Go to SProc.net on your internet browser.

  2. Click the Get Started link, then select the service you work in.

  4. Scroll down and click the Get Started button.

  5. Add all relevant company information requested using the table below.

  6. Click Finish to confirm all the necessary details.

You'll receive an email notification containing your login credentials. Click the link in the registration email to sign in.

User Details

Include the name, job title and email address of the first user you would like to add to the system. This user will receive an email with login details to SProc.net. Additional users can be added later on by using the Admin tab on the system.

After registration

Once you've logged in, you'll need to complete your accreditation and enrolment to sign up to provide services for a specific local authority. You won't receive opportunities until you've completed and passed the accreditation and enrolment stages.

An accreditation and enrolment is your application to become an approved provider for your chosen client or local authority. You must have a completed and approved accreditation and enrolment on the system to:

  • Receive requests for work on the Requirements under the Opportunities tab.

  • Place bids on the Offers under the Opportunities tab for the work.

  • Be awarded a contract on the Service Agreement under the Packages tab.

Depending on the local authority, your accreditation or enrolment can take up to five working days for the Adam team to review. An email will be sent to you to let you know the outcome of the review.
