View a requirement and make an offer

In this article we explain how to view a requirement and make an offer.

To access and bid on new opportunities, you must have an approved accreditation and enrolment for the client and category you wish to receive opportunities for.

Once there's a potential requirement for you to accept and place an offer on, you'll receive an email notification. You can then review the details on your Opportunities tab.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: Opportunities are distributed by local authorities, and visibility depends on whether you have been invited to bid on specific opportunities. If a particular opportunity is not visible, it might be because you were not invited to participate.

Opportunities are generally listed under the Opportunities tab. Make sure you check the right section of the platform for updates or new listings.

To see the available opportunities, follow these simple steps.

  1. Click the Opportunities tab.

  2. Click the Available Market Opportunities sub-category, then click the Requirement number.

  3. Review the details submitted to decide whether you would like to place an offer on it.

  4. Click Actions, then click Accept/Decline.

  5. To proceed through to placing an offer, ensure you select Accept โ€“ Make an Offer to this Requirement, then click Save.

  6. Answer the questions in each section, including the pricing information, then click Save.

  7. Click Save again to submit the offer.
