When you're managing your requirements, you'll see it go through various stages. Our handy table explains the statuses that your requirement will go through.

Draft

The requirement has not been completed and is in draft stage.

Ready to review offers

The providers have placed an offer after considering the requirements. Once the Offer end date has passed you can review these offers.

Ready to create service agreement

Once you have accepted an offer you can create the service agreement.

Provider to confirm service agreement

The provider is notified that they have been awarded the service agreement, after which they can review and confirm that the service agreement details are correct.

Mosaic Integration

If Mosaic has been integrated there will be additional statuses which occur prior to the above-listed requirement stages.

The pending statuses seen on the service request include:

Pending supplier distribution

This occurs when a service request has come through from Mosaic and is awaiting a broker to review the details contained. The broker can either reject the service request, which would return it to the previous step, or approve the service request. Once approved the client can create and distribute a requirement.

Pending supplier submission

The requirement is distributed to the providers to review and make an offer.

Pending service agreement

The requirement is placed on-hold to allow the broker to select the winning offer and create the service agreement. This could also mean the service agreement has been created and is with the provider to review and approve.
