The Mosaic and Adam integration enables a workflow between both to source a package of care for an individual. On some occasions, the workflow will not complete automatically which will create an error in Mosaic.

This is visible by the current work section showing as yellow to draw attention to it, and when clicked on, a clipboard icon is also present which will act as a call to action to investigate what happened on Adam to understand why the workflow hasn't been completed successfully.

There are many reasons for the error to occur, some of which could be due to:

  • Information not being successfully sent from Adam to Mosaic.

  • Service agreements not being accepted by provider.

  • Requirement being cancelled but service request not being rejected.

You'll need to check certain aspects on Adam SProc to determine if the error is due to a user error which can be corrected there and then, or if it is a true error which will require further investigation.
