You can create new requirements in the requirements section.
Start a new requirement
To get started, follow these simple steps.
Click Requirements, then click New Requirement.
Select your category, then click the blue magnifying glass to select the following:
Service Template.
Client location.
Justification β the reason for the package creation.
Click Next, then input the requested details.
Add additional details
You'll now need to add information into the additional fields in line with your system configuration.
Complete additional fields using the table below.
When you're finished, click Next.
Description | Outline the details of service, including all background information the provider will need. |
Start date | When the service needs to start. |
End date | When the service will end. |
Units per week | Indicate the number of units of service needed each week. You may be asked to complete additional fields in line with your system configuration. |
Further personalisation elements
You may need to add further elements to personalise the requirement.
Complete the fields using the table below.
When you're finished, click Next.
Features | This includes all elements providers must meet to submit an offer. |
Capabilities | These are nice to have qualities that can contribute to the provider's overall score. |
Offer Questions | These are additional questions that you can ask the provider. This doesn't contribute to the provider's overall score. |
Outcome Questions/Profile | These are questions answered by the provider. The answers are scored and added to their offer score. |
Weekly Schedule | If the service must be provided at certain times or day of the week, then you may need to include a weekly schedule. |
Qualifications and Documents | This is used to provide additional details for the provider. |
Distribute the requirement
You can now distribute the requirement.
Select the distribution option:
Automatically - The requirement sends to all providers signed up for the selected service template.
Manually - You can select a list of preferred providers to send this requirement to.
Click Next, then add further details for the requirement dates using the table below.
When you're finished, click Next.
Offer end date | This is the deadline for the providers. |
Review end date | This indicates when you'll review the offers submitted. |
Supplier review end date | Provides the provider time to review. |
Finalise your requirement
You can now finalise your requirement.
Click Confirm and Submit, then provide a comment.
Click Submit.
