You can create accreditations to work with different clients. Review the client-specific documents and videos on the Provider site to understand the full onboarding process.
β οΈ Important: Each enrolment must have its own location ID. You should create a single accreditation (AC) and then create multiple enrolments (ENs), one for each location.
Create a new accreditation
You can create and submit a new accreditation following these steps:
π€ Tip: You don't need to complete your accreditation in one sitting. You can click Save at any time and return to it later. Draft accreditations are found in the Onboarding tab.
Click the Onboarding tab.
Click the New Accreditation button in the colourful banner.
Select the client you want to provide services for, then select the category of service.
If the category dropdown box is empty when creating a new accreditation, it is likely because you already have an active enrolment for that category. No further action is required, and you can ignore the previous enrolment reference.
Click Next, then click Next again.
Answer all questions and upload the relevant documents.
Click Next, then click Submit.
Some accreditations don't require document uploads. If no uploads are needed, submit the accreditation via the Actions button and click Submit.
