There may be a times when you need to add intermissions to multiple service agreements which is time consuming to do manually. We are able to action this for you via a bulk import. If you would like bulk intermissions to be imported onto the system, use our Access Digital Assistant to get support.
You'll need to provide the information through a bulk intermissions template. You can ask your colleague, the support team or the customer success manager to provide you with this template.

The template will need to include the following information:
Service agreement numbers.
Destination name for destination-based bulk imports.
Allowing the system to automatically apply intermissions to all service agreements going to that destination.
Start date and end date of intermission.
Reason for intermission.
Percentage limiter.
Description of intermission.
Name of the Local Authority requesting bulk intermissions.
