We're pleased to announce the 9.27 release of Access Adam SProc, bringing you several new enhancements and defect fixes.
New features
Manage notifications wizard for external referrers
External referrers can now manage their email notification preferences via a new Manage Notifications tab in the navigation bar. Users can independently toggle personal and team notifications on or off for 16 different notification types.
See our handy guide for more information on notifications for external referrers.
β
Service agreement destination intermissions import
A new bulk import option is now available for applying intermissions to Service Agreements. Instead of listing individual Service Agreement IDs, you can now simply provide Destination Names (e.g., school or facility names) and the system will automatically apply the intermission to all relevant Service Agreements for that destination.
This is ideal for managing scheduled closures such as school holidays, facility maintenance, or any scenario affecting multiple Service Agreements at once. Both methods can be combined in a single upload for flexibility.
To request a bulk intermission import, please contact your Customer Success Manager or speak to us through the Access Digital Assistant.
Improvements
Assessment cancellation comments now optional
The cancellation comment field when cancelling assessments has been made optional to improve user experience. Users can now cancel assessments without being required to provide a comment, though the option to add comments remains available for those who wish to document the reason for cancellation.
Custom reports assessments data source naming correction
Corrected the naming of the Assessments data source in Custom Reports to display as Assessments (legacy) under the Patients system area. This change ensures consistency between the Custom Reports interface and the front-end application, making it clearer for users when selecting data sources for their custom reports.
SProc system security update
Improved system security by updating internal libraries to address known vulnerabilities.
Bug fixes
Electronic signature display fix for checklist referrals
Resolved an issue where electronic signatures on checklist documents were incorrectly appearing across multiple referrals. Previously, when the Assessor Signature Doc field was configured as hidden in layouts, signatures created on one referral would carry over and appear on other referrals for all users. The system now correctly manages signature visibility based on layout configuration, ensuring signatures only appear where intended and do not persist across unrelated referrals.
