If you need to create a service receipt please use the Actions button at the top of your Service Agreement page. If this is not visible, it may be that you do not need to raise a service receipt at this stage or you are already up to date with your service receipts for this service agreement.
Intermission
Intermissions are periods during which the service is temporarily paused, preventing receipt creation. If you are unable to raise a new service receipt, it may be due to there being an intermission on the service agreement. You can check this by following these simple steps:
Search the service agreement number using the magnifying glass.
Scroll down to the intermissions section.
Review the dates for the intermissions and determine whether the dates overlap within any of the weeks you are trying to receipt for.
Draft service receipt
There may already be a service receipt for a particular week-end date which is sat in a draft status. You can check this by following these simple steps:
Search the service agreement number using the magnifying glass.
Scroll down to the service receipts section.
Review the service receipts and determine whether the week-end date you need is already listed.
Review what the status is for this service receipt.
