Active service agreements
To change the code on an active service agreement, follow these simple steps along with our video guide:
Using the magnifying glass button, search for the service agreement.
At the top of the page, click Service Agreement - #SA (Status: Active).
Under Weekly NHS Cost, add the new rate.
Under Weekly Total Cost, add the new rate, then click Save.
Ended service agreements and rate lines
If you need to change an ended agreement or rate line, please use our Access Digital Assistant to get support.
Please have the following details ready:
Service agreement number.
Which rate type to change.
The rate you need to change.
The units.
The effective date.
Which custom code to change.
The custom code value.
