Add or un-display from a client account
Since the SProc 9.22 release, users that have the permission 'Allow Company Config and User Role Management' enabled, will be able to add and display or un-display cost codes.
Add a new cost code to the client's account
To add a new cost code to the client's account, follow these simple steps:
Click the Admin tab, then My Company.
Click Cost Codes.
Click New.
Input the new Cost Code, Description and Level Name if requested.
Click Save.
Un-display a cost code from the client's account
To un-display a cost code from the client's account, follow these simple steps:
Click the Admin tab, then My Company.
Click Cost Codes.
Click the magnifying glass next to the cost code that needs to be un-displayed.
Untick Display.
Click Save.
Amend the cost code on a service agreement
You can amend the cost code through the change order following these simple steps:
Using the magnifying glass, search for the service agreement number.
Click the Actions button, then click New Change Order.
On Change Request Type, select Cost Codes.
To add a new cost code, on Action Type, select Add New.
Enter the date the code is to be effective from, then click Next.
Click the magnifying glass button, then search for your new cost code.
Next to the cost code, click the green arrow, then click Save. You may need to add the percentage for the cost code weight.
Add a comment, then click Submit.
To delete the old code, on Action Type, select Delete.
Click the magnifying glass button, then search for your old code.
Click Save, then add a comment.
Click Submit.
📌Note: Before implementing the change, it may require approval from someone within your organisation.
This view may differ depending on your system setup, and in some cases, only certain users can perform this action.
