If you are struggling to submit an offer, there may be multiple reasons as to why this could be.

Requirement status

The status of the requirement (RQ) will need to be open otherwise you won't be able to submit an offer.

Check how many offers the requirement allows you to submit

To check this:

  1. Click the Search button, then search for the RQ number.

  2. Click on the dark blue Requirement - # RQ... (Status: Open) heading at the top of the page.

  3. Scroll down to Maximum Supplier Offers. This is the maximum number of offers you can submit per location. If this number is one then you are only permitted to submit one offer on this requirement.

  4. Click Save.

Check you haven't already submitted/drafted an offer

To check this:

  1. Click the Search button, then search for the requirement number.

  2. Scroll down to OFs.

  3. If you see an offer for your company under this section, you have already raised an offer.

Check progress of an unsubmitted offer

If you see errors or red crosses on your offer, this means that your offer is incomplete.

To complete your offer, please:

  1. Click on the individual actions (blue writing) next to the red crosses to complete these sections.

  2. Once you have completed this section, click Save.

  3. Continue the steps above until all sections are completed.

  4. Select the Actions button, and click Submit.
