There are two ways to see E-Forms to complete; an email notification and in your CRM page.
⚠️Important: You can't submit the E-Form more than once. Once you submit an E-Form, you're unable to change any details.
Email notification
When an E-Form requires you to complete it, you receive an email notification. Clicking the link on that email takes you directly to the E-Form.
CRM page
You can also check the E-Forms from the CRM tab. To do this:
Click the CRM tab, then scroll to the E-Forms section.
Expand the E-Forms section to see the forms with Pending Completion status.
Click Actions, then click Complete E-Form.
📌Note: When you've completed you E-Form and you get a red warning status on your E-form, you don’t need to do anything unless advised by the CCG or Local Authority. Depending on the category or sub-category, they may simply request additional information from you about a particular area.
