There are two ways in which to find general messages that have been sent to you on SProc.Net.
๐Note: If your company has multiple locations, each location receives the message.
Client Relationship Management (CRM) tab
Click the CRM tab, then click the magnifying glass next to the client.
To see the messages, expand the Messages section.
Click the Actions button to reply or forward the message.
My Profile screen
Click the Admin tab, then click My Profile.
Expand the Inbox section.
Click the message you wish to view.
Click the Actions button to reply or forward the message.
