Case Management System (CMS) users with zip patient document permissions can download all patient documents and other documents into a zip file.
⚠️Important: Permissions to this will need to be provided via Additional Roles. Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article to request for this permission.
To bulk download patient documents, follow these simple steps:
Click on the CMS tab, and then Patients.
Search for the patient and click on the magnifying glass next to the patient name.
Click on the Documents tab.
Scroll down to Document ZIP Requests and click New.
Read the explanation page, select the confirmation checkbox and click Save.
Once you've confirmed, you can see the status of the zip request in the Document ZIP Requests section.
📌Note: The zip function runs every 15 mins. It could take 15 mins for it to generate the zip request. If a zip request has lots of files to download, it will take longer than a zip request with very few files.
