Patient archive status

In this article we will guide you on how to archive a patient.

We have amended the patient statuses to better reflect the status a patient is in, under the CMS tab. This amendment, which references delete or deleted patient users, is now named Archive.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: You'll require certain permissions to be able to archive a patient. If you don't have the option to archive patients on the system, contact the administrator users within your team to action this for you.

To amend the status of a patient to Archive, follow these simple steps:

  1. Search for the patient record via the CMS tab under the Patients tab.

  2. Open the patient record you wish to amend the status of.

  3. Click the green Actions button and click on the option Archive Patient.

  4. Choose an option from the Reason drop down and then add a comment.

  5. Click Finish.
