To view all the service receipts you have submitted, please follow the below steps:
Select the Payments tab, and click the Submitted Receipts heading.
Select All. This will bring up a list of all service receipts you have created on the system.
If you are unable to locate your service receipts, ensure you have removed active filters or reset them in the filter settings under the 'Submitted Receipts' view. Additionally, selecting the 'All' option ensures all records are displayed.
You may need to add different fields to easily view all relevant information. To add these fields:
Click on the Fields button on the right-hand side.
We suggest you add the following fields:
Status.
Service Total.
Service Agreement #.
