View all service receipts

How to view all your service receipts in one area.

You are able to see all of your service receipts in one place, so that you can see their statuses and even filter them to see specific information about them, as you require.

To view all your submitted service receipts, follow the below steps:

  1. Select the Payments tab, and click the Submitted Receipts heading.

  2. Select All. This will bring up a list of all service receipts you have created on the system.

If you are unable to locate your service receipts, ensure you have removed active filters or reset them in the filter settings under the Submitted Receipts view. Additionally, selecting the All option ensures all records are displayed.

You may need to add different fields to easily view all relevant information. To add these fields follow these simple steps:

  1. Click on the Fields button on the right-hand side.

  2. We suggest you add the following fields:

    1. Status.

    2. Service Total.

    3. Service Agreement #.


Shortcuts to filter and sort records

See the below image on the shortcuts you can use to filter for specific data. These shortcuts can also be chained together for very specific searches.
