We’re pleased to announce the 9.19 release of SProc, featuring functionality enhancements for client users and bug fixes.
New developments
The following changes are only applicable to client users.
Service agreement organisation type update
Customer that utilise Organisation type filtering for their transactions and do not currently utilise the CMS module, will now be able to update organisation type assigned to an Agreement by navigating to the agreement detail page.
📌 Note: This feature needs to be turned on per customer to be available, please contact your account manager to enable this feature.
Requirement auto distribution ability to exclude providers
Customers can now exclude individual providers per requirement. This feature will be available on the Submission page of the requirement wizard. Users can select one or more providers to exclude.
All providers excluded from a requirement will be visible on the requirement main page and users can update providers to include them into the requirement if needed.
This feature will be available for everyone, but if customer wish to disable this feature please contact your Account manager.
Ability to disable requirement creation per category
Customers can now request from their account managers to disable the Requirement creation process per supply category.
Tasks and milestones added to CSA wizard
Tasks and Milestones are now available in the CSA Wizard process for customers who utilise tasks and milestones.
