We’re pleased to announce the 9.18 release of SProc, featuring functionality enhancements for client users and bug fixes.
New developments
The following changes are only applicable to client users.
Personal Health Budget Collection report
The statutory quarterly NHS Personal Health Budget Collection report has been added to the NHS CHC Reports area within the CMS Dashboard.
This report automatically generates on a quarterly basis and generates a downloadable xlsx file.
NHS Funded Care Quarterly Activity report
The statutory NHS Funded Care Quarterly Activity Report has been added to the NHS CHC Reports area within the CMS Dashboard.
This report automatically generates on a quarterly basis and generates a downloadable xlsx file.
AACC Referral changes
In preparation for the AACC go live in April, we've added some additional fields to the referral process.
Activity Type - Located on the first page of the referral.
Request Received Type - Located on the recommendations page of the referral process.
The full content of these options show on these screenshots, however you can reduce the number of options available by updating the retrospective configuration in the Referral Types area within the CMS Configuration admin page.
UK4 & UK7 Procurement 2023 updates
Additional changes and refinements have been made to the new UK4 & UK7 forms in preparation for their go live mid February, subject to change based on cabinet office.
Ability to delete Rejected and Cancelled agreement documents
Customers previously could not delete Service Agreement documents that were associated to an agreement that had been Rejected or Cancelled.
This can be done by clicking the red cross at the end of the document you wish to delete.
Change Orders added to custom reports
A Change Order data source has been added to custom reports, allowing you to create reports based on Change Order data.
Destination and Additional Transport Information added to custom reports
Destinations and Additional Transport Information have been added to custom reports.
Can assign Organisation Type to CMS Documents
CMS Users can now assign Organisation Type to CMS Documents. Doing so will hide the documents from view of users who do not have access to the assigned organisation type.
Additionally for notes, any attached documents with automatically have their org types assigned and matched to the parent, unless the user chooses to manually change the documents to be different to its associated note.
