We're pleased to announce the 9.21 release of SProc, bringing you several new developments and bug fixes.

New developments

External Referrers Amend Organisation Type

Previously, external referrers did not have the ability to change the associated organisation type of a Referral Form if it had been inputted incorrectly. Resulting in having to recreate the whole referral form to assign it into the correct organisation type.

External Referrers now have the ability to amend the Organisation type of an already existing referral.

The Referral can be edited if the status is in either of the following:

QA Approval
Pending Completion
Pending Review
Pending Information

Service Agreement Change Log AACC reporting

NHS have stated that any change to a care package (Service Agreement) should result in a new package of care being created and thus should be recorded as a unique record/line in the AACC Report, as to be able to record the number of changes made to a single users package of care.

For users to create new packages (Service Agreements), this would take too long and be inefficient, taking up more valuable time they could be using elsewhere. Therefore, to accommodate the NHS request without the detriment to users a new table has been added to Service Agreements labelled “Service Agreement AACC Change Log”.

When a user creates a Service Agreement, a new record will be created. If that record is then edited, a record will be made for that edit within the table.

These changes will be visible with the AACC Report.

Hiding Referral Types in New referral wizard

With the recent introduction of the ability to create referrals via Appeals/Reviews, users have expressed that the referral-types that are created this way should be locked into only doing it this way.

A new flag has been added to the Referral type configuration labelled ‘Hide from new Referral Wiz’. In addition, a new permission “Admin Override” has been added within additional roles (default set to false).

This is configured via Admin > My Company > CMS Config > Referral Types > Select Referral type.

When ticked, the referral type selected is no longer visible within the referral creation wizard. However, these hidden referrals are still visible with the review/appeal referral creation pathway. If a user has Admin Override enabled, they will still have the ability to create referrals via the regular referral creation wizard.

Cancelled Referrals in PLDS/AACC

Cancelled referrals no longer appear within the AACC or PLDS report.

Service End Date for AACC

Service End Date will now be the priority data input for the AACC Care package end date. However, if this field has not been populated then the report will use the Service Agreement End date as the secondary data source.

Central Digital Platform added fields

Additional fields that should be included on the Central Digital Platform Supplier data via Share Code for Accreditation have been added.

Contact, Footer and Privacy page updates

The footer, contact page and Privacy page have been updated to reflect The Access Group accordingly.

Funding Dates on Referral decision optional fields

The option to configure the fields displayed on a decision pane now includes the ‘Funding Start Date’ & ‘Funding End Date’ fields.

FTS Updates

Updates have been made to the Contract config in preparation for the FTS submissions when users transfer onto the 2023 schema.

Patient Task List Performance

Performance has been improved around the patient ask area to reduce loading and wait times.

1634390	PHB Report issues	A bug that was creating duplicate records within the CMS PHB Report has been fixed. In addition, the report was counting individual patients per record instead of per patient.
1643126	URL for Adam providers	The link for adamproviders.co.uk was directing users to the wrong page.
1639034	PDS Lookup Error Messages	The error messages presented when applicable on a PDS search have been updated to be more user-friendly.
1636756	Unable to resolve Anomalies on CMS	A bug has been resolved which was preventing anomalies to be completed once a user had actioned them complete.
1618749	Allocated Review Types visible on Referrals	Review types that had been configured to display on only specific referral types were being displayed on all referral types. This has been resolved.
1663336	Unable to add assessment	Users were unable to add a new assessment against a referral. This has been resolved.
1669064	AACC XML Mapping error	XML fields were resulting in submission failures due to incorrect naming of fields. This has been resolved.
