If you have subcontractors, fill out the template provided in the Downloadable Documents section of the enrolment form or portal. Ensure the subcontracting question in the Questions section is set to Yes, as the "Sub-contractor Information" upload field will only appear when subcontracting is enabled. Once completed, upload the file to the "Sub-contractor Information" row in the Upload Documents section.
The subcontractor declaration is not mandatory, and you don't need to upload it if you don't use subcontractors.
If you don't have any subcontractors, upload a document stating you don't employ any subcontractors and upload to this section.
