Electronic signatures on DST assessments

In this article we explain how you can electronically sign off DST assessments.

In the v9.23 release, assessors can now sign DST (Digital Support Tool) documents directly within the system, eliminating the need to print, sign on paper, scan, and upload documents, making it a significantly faster and more efficient assessment completion process.

A client administrator will be able to view and action this by following these simple steps:

  1. Click on the CMS tab and click on Patients.

  2. Search and click on the magnifying glass next to the patient.

  3. Click on Referrals and within the Patient Referrals section click New.

  4. Choose the Activity Type and Referral Type.

  5. Fill out all mandatory details.

  6. Under the Recommendations section you will see the option to provide an online signature.

The system has been updated to reflect the latest NHSE changes to AACC activity type fields as mentioned in step 4:
