Electronic signature implementation - DST documents
Electronic signature capability has been added for DST assessments. Assessors can now sign DST documents directly within the system, eliminating the need to print, sign on paper, scan, and upload documents. This provides a significantly faster and more efficient assessment completion process.
๐ Note: Signatures must be enabled within the Layouts via CSMs if not already enabled. Example below.
See our handy guide for more information on electronic signatures on DST assessments.
โ
Electronic signature implementation - checklist documents
Electronic signature functionality has been developed for assessor checklists. Assessors can complete checklists digitally with signatures automatically included in generated documents. This streamlines the checklist workflow.
Visual design improvements
SProc styling has been updated to align with Access Group branding. Changes include updated colours, fonts, and button styling throughout the application.
๐ Note: Colour changes will largely only apply to default colour scheme.
Clock days
When theโฏReferral Clock Unit Type is set to Days on the referral type configuration, the Clock Start and Clock End Date will only consider the #Days to count rather than calculating against the Hours and Minutes as well.
The Referral Clock Start Behaviour setting will continue to work as, but will factor in the change in calculation stated above.โฏ
Editable referral discharge date - form uploads
On 'Discharge to Assess form upload' referrals, the discharge date is now exposed and editable when the discharge date field is optional or required by the Referral or Referral Form Layout. This function is available via the action menu on the referral/referral form.
