Benefits of the dashboard
Communication is key to our customers, especially in the event of a high-impact incident or product downtime. Monitor the status of your products by using the status dashboard.
The dashboard enables you to:
Register for product alerts for new events and updates created on the status dashboard, for example, high-priority incidents. Receive alerts and updates for planned scheduled maintenance work.
Have a central view of current and historical events.
Receive updates as we share any root cause and prevention measures.
View the dashboard
To view the dashboard, follow these simple steps:
Click the link: https://hsc-Lg.theaccessgroup-status.com
Select your time zone from the drop down in the top right-hand of the screen.
The dashboard will show you a rolling 7 days of product performance and you will see different statuses depending on incidents and maintenance events that are currently live or have happened during the 7 day period.
You can see all the products in a group under service history:
You can otherwise use the toggle to show the affected projects only:
The dashboard also shows a calendar view by-product with different statuses depending on incidents and maintenance events that are currently live or have happened during the selected period.

There are three statuses that the system will present:
In order to view more information, click on the event on the calendar view by-product. Any planned maintenance events will be shown at the top of the dashboard.
