When assessments are cancelled, you will need to provide a reason so that it can be logged and timestamped, which can then be seen in the audit trail.

Follow these simple steps on how to cancel an assesment and provide reasoning:

  1. Click the CMS tab, and then the Assessments tab.

  2. Search and click the magifying glass next to the assessment you wish to cancel.

  3. Click the Actions button and click Cancel.

  4. Enter the information in the required fields, then click Save.

This will make sure all assessment cancellations are documented properly and will help with analysis in the future as to why assessments are being cancelled to identify any trends.

Update reason for cancelled assessment

If the assessment is already cancelled and you wish to amend the cancellation reasoning, you can do so directly from the specific assessments detail page.

Click the magifying glass next to the assessment you wish to cancel, and enter the details into the fields.
