Add a cancellation reason to an assessment

In this article we explain how to record the reason of a cancelled assessment.

When assessments are cancelled, a reason will need to be provided so that it can be logged and timestamped and a complete audit trail can be created for all cancelled assessments.

Follow these simple steps on how to cancel an assesment and provide reasoning:

  1. Click the CMS tab, and then the Assessments tab.

  2. Search and click the magifying glass next to the assessment you wish to cancel.

  3. Click the Actions button and click Cancel.

  4. Enter the information in the required fields, then click Save.

This will make sure all assessment cancellations are documented properly and will help with analysis in the future as to why assessments are being cancelled to identify any trends.


Update reason for cancelled assesment

If the assessment is already cancelled and you wish to amned the cencellation reaoning, you can do so directly from the speciifc assessments detail page.

Click the magifying glass next to the assessment you wish to cancel, and enter the details in the fields.
