Users who choose to reject all cookies during login no longer have the option be able to access the Access Digital Assistant.
This change affects key features such as live chat support and the ability to ask quick how-to questions through the Access Digital Assistant to help you get answers faster and more efficiently.
To restore access to the Digital Assistant, you’ll need to clear your browsing data and cache.
Clear browsing data

⚠️Important: If you clear your browsing data, you will be prompted to reselect your cookie preferences when logging into Adam SProc. To ensure the Access Digital Assistant is visible, click Accept All.
