The service agreement creation process now includes service agreement AACC change log override fields, built directly into the service agreement creation wizard, allowing you to customise the initial change log entry during the service agreement creation process.

The AACC Change log is a functionality which tracks changes to service agreements and feeds data into the NHS All Age Continuing Care (AACC) report. It maintains a historical record of service agreement modifications including start/end dates, weekly units, rate, and unit frequency.

NHS have stated that every change made to a service agreement needs to be recorded, and so the AACC change log assists in automatically tracking changes as separate records for reporting purposes.

The change log is located within the 'Service Agreement Info' section within the service agreement and is stated as 'Service Agreement AACC Change Logs'.

How the change log works

The change log works as follows:

• Records are automatically created when service agreements are created or modified.
• Each record captures a snapshot of the SA at that point in time.
• The data feeds into the Excel-based AACC report.
