Manage user permissions controls who can add and amend users to the system. If you have access to Manage User Permissions, you will be able to add or amend new users under your company.
Contact the person who has manage user permissions under your company to add the user on your behalf or you can ask them to provide you with the access.
Provide access to manage user permissions
If a client user requires access to manage user permissions access, so that they can add and amend new users, a client user who already has these permissions will be able to add them to have the access.
Follow these simple steps:
Click the Admin tab and then click My Company.
Click on Users.
Click the magnifying glass button next to the user you wish to provide the access to.
When on the user's profile, click the Actions button
Click the option Manage User Permissions.
Follow the information and instructions to provide the access.
