Users with the correct permissions can now add and manage visibility for key system configuration areas without needing to contact Adam support.
⚠️Important: You will require certain permissions for this access. Please contact the customer success manager for these permission to be granted.
Once you have been allocated the permissions, you'll be able to manage and update the following fields within the admin section of the company page:
Destination | Mainly for transport clients who use 'destination' on their service agreement. |
Questions | The questions for requirements and offers. The question is configured against a category and object which is found within the selected object. |
Structure | Company/organisation type hierarchy. |
Requirement justification | When creating a requirement, a justification is needed for creating the requirement. This section is therefore for providing clarification. |
Locations | The location/addresses of the client company, where client staff can be assigned to locations. |
This will allow for faster implementation of configuration changes and greater self-sufficiency.
Follow these simple steps to navigate and amend these areas:
Click the Admin tab and then My Company.
Within the admin section you can see the Destinations, Questions, Structure, Requirement Justification and Locations sections. Click into the one you wish to amend.
Click New.
Fill out the necessary information.
Click Save.
