You can amend your personal or company details on the Admin tab.
Personal details
Click Admin, then click My Profile.
On the left-hand side of the page, click the summary title.
Edit your details, then click Save.
Company details
Click Admin, then click My Company.
At the top, click the company name.
Edit your details, then click Save.
Youโre not able to change the company name, registration number or user ID. If you require these amending please use our Access Digital Assistant to get support.
When submitting a request to change your company name, you must provide the following:
Reason for the Change: Explain why the company name is being updated.
Requester Details: Specify who is requesting the change (e.g., an administrator).
Company Registration Number: Indicate whether the registration number is changing. If it remains the same, note this in your request.
Ownership Changes: State if the company has been bought by another entity.
Bank Details: Confirm whether your bank details are changing.
Insurance Documents: Indicate if your insurance documents need updating.
Supply Agreements: Mention any current Supply Agreements (SAs) that could be affected.
Supporting Documentation: Include official evidence of the name change, such as documents from Companies House.
