On your homepage, the priority Items section alerts you to unfulfilled or outstanding items that you need to complete.
Focus on the red items first, then amber, followed by green. You see these items towards the bottom of your homepage.
To action priority items, simply click the blue writing in the Step Status column, or the View Detail button next to each action.
