From SProc 9.11, we’ve added a configurable option which enables the Referral Clock Duration to use be zero-based clock timing.
When enabling this option, the start time of the referral clock includes the time of day, instead of solely the day it commences.
You can enable this per referral type. For the referral type, there’s a new option available for the Referral Clock Function field. You can get to the referral type by following these simple steps.
Click Admin, then click Companies.
Select your company, the click CMS Configuration.
Click Referral Types.
The new option: Clock Start at 0 Days.
If chosen, companies must opt-in, then a referral’s RAG clock duration is zero-based, meaning a whole 24 hours must elapse to get the first one day of duration, otherwise the first day is day one.
