You can reset your password from the login screen. Or you can also ask the administrator on the account to resend your log in details to you.
To reset your password, follow these simple steps.
Below the sign-in button, click Forgotten Password.
Fill in your details, including your User ID and email address.
🤓Tip: Your User ID in most cases in usually the same as your email address.
Click Request Temp Password.
You are sent an email with your new temporary password, if you’ve not received this, check your junk or spam messages folder, or contact your internal IT support.
If you’ve tried to log in with the incorrect password more than three times, your account will be locked.
