From SProc 9.11, admin users or users with Manage User Permissions (MUP) can now set the expiry date of a user’s access to the system.

Once the date meets or passes, the system denies access to the user unless you reinstate their access.

You can modify a user’s access expiration date from the user’s details page.

  • In the Login Expiry Date field, select the date.

The loss of login access occurs after 23:59:59 on the expiry date, so 00:00:00 of the next day. The user’s status updates to Cancelled/Deleted. The expiry date must be in the future; however, you can set the current day as 23:59:59 is in the future.

Users are unable to see or change their own expiry date.
